Create Your User Account
To access your company account, you first need to create a user account with your individual work email (Not a shared email like IMEX@Kiwirail.co.nz). Note that your account on our old website will not work on the new portal.
Go to the login page and click “Sign up” then “Create a User Account” and follow the instructions there.
You will need to know you companies freight payer code, and you will need you company admin to approve your account.
Access Issues
If your permissions aren’t granted, or your access hasn’t been approved then you need to talk to your company admin. The company admin is usually your supervisor or manager.They would have received an email to approve your account when you signed up, so follow up with them to get access. We cannot grant you access on their behalf unless there are extenuating circumstances.
If you see “No permissions granted” then remind them to give you permission to make bookings as well!
